POLIRATR™ is a civic intelligence application that organizes publicly available government data — including congressional voting records, legislation, campaign finance information, committee activity, executive actions, Supreme Court proceedings, and state-level governance — into a structured, browsable format. The App sources data from official government databases including Congress.gov, FEC.gov, Senate.gov, House Clerk records, BioGuide.Congress.gov, WhiteHouse.gov, state government portals, and other official sources.

The App is designed to present political records and computed analytics without editorial commentary, ideological bias, or persuasive framing. We present data; you form your own conclusions.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The App offers an optional Biometric Unlock feature (Face ID or fingerprint) for convenience. Biometric data is processed entirely by your device and is never transmitted to or stored by us.
The App offers both free and premium features. POLIRATR Pro is available as a one-time purchase that unlocks additional functionality. Pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective refund policies.
We commit to never moving existing free features behind a paywall. New premium features may be introduced over time as part of POLIRATR Pro.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The PoliScore™ and PoliStance™ systems, including their algorithms, dimension weights, normalization methods, peer-group calibration, grade thresholds, and data processing pipeline, are proprietary to NextGen Business Solutions, Inc. While the underlying government data is in the public domain, the methodology for organizing, computing, and presenting scores is our intellectual property.
You may reference PoliScore and PoliStance results for personal, educational, or journalistic purposes with appropriate attribution to POLIRATR™. Commercial use of scoring data requires prior written permission.
The App presents data sourced from official government databases and computes analytical scores from that data. While we strive to ensure accuracy and timeliness, we make no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, or currency of any data displayed in the App, including PoliScore grades, PoliStance positions, and state performance rankings. Government source data may contain errors, delays, or omissions that are beyond our control.
PoliScore and PoliStance are analytical tools that measure specific metrics of legislative performance and voting patterns. They are not comprehensive evaluations of a legislator's character, capability, or suitability for office.
The App is a reference tool, not a substitute for consulting official government records directly. Users should verify critical information through official sources. Links to primary sources are provided throughout the App for this purpose.
The App does not provide political advice, endorsements, voting recommendations, or legal counsel of any kind.
The App, including its design, interface, code, branding, PoliScore™ methodology, PoliStance™ algorithms, state performance aggregation system, radar chart visualizations, dimension bar displays, and proprietary data organization methodology, is owned by NextGen Business Solutions, Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The underlying government data presented in the App is in the public domain. Our proprietary value lies in the organization, computation, presentation, and analytical methodology applied to that data — not the data itself.
The App includes content generated by artificial intelligence through our PoliSight™ system. AI-generated content includes daily insights, civic education material, official profile summaries, and legislative analysis. While we strive for accuracy and neutrality in all AI-generated content:

The App may contain links to official government websites (Congress.gov, FEC.gov, Vote.gov, state election portals, etc.) and utilizes third-party services (Supabase for authentication and storage, U.S. Census Bureau for district resolution). These services are not operated by us, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEXTGEN BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RELIANCE ON POLISCORE™ GRADES, POLISTANCE™ DATA, OR STATE PERFORMANCE RANKINGS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NextGen Business Solutions, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse or misrepresentation of PoliScore, PoliStance, or other App data.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the App or at poliratr.com/delete-account. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
